Govt. Introduces New Integrated Regulatory Framework for B3 Waste Management

The Minister of Environment and Forestry (“Minister”) recently issued Regulation No. 6 of 2021 on Procedures and Requirements for the Management of Hazardous and Toxic Materials (“Regulation 6/2021”), which updates and integrates provisions relating to the various procedures and requirements which apply to the management of hazardous and toxic waste materials (Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun - “B3 Waste”).
