Resumption of Cultural and Creative-Economy Activities: Indonesian Government Issues Technical Guidelines on the Prevention and Control of COVID-19

As a follow up to Decree of the Minister of Heath No. HK.01.07/MENKES/328/2020 on Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) within Offices and Industrial Workplaces in Order to Support Business Continuity during the Pandemic Emergency (“Decree 328/2020”)[1], as well as Decree of the Minister of Health No. HK.01.07/MENKES/382/2020 on Health Protocols for the General Public, Public Places and Facilities for the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) (“Decree 382/2020”)[2], the Minister of Education and Culture in conjunction with the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency recently issued Joint Decree No. 02/KB/2020, KB/1/UM.04.00/M-K/2020 on Technical Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) within the Culture and Creative-Economy Sector during the COVID-19 General Public-Health Emergency Period (“Joint Decree”).
