- The Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal – “BKPM”) reopened its face-to-face consultation services, as offered at the Central One-Stop Integrated Service (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu – “PTSP”) agency, on 23 June 2020. However, it should be noted that “new-normal” health protocols are being implemented in relation to these services and, as a result, the number of permitted visitors has been limited to a maximum of 100 persons per day, while each day has been divided into four specific sessions. Moreover, all visitors are required to wear masks.
- BKPM face-to-face consultation services are available between 7.30 am and 12.00 pm while investors have been allotted a maximum of 20 minutes each in which to complete the relevant consultations. Investors are required to complete online registrations at least one day prior to their relevant consultation data via the following Online Single Submission (OSS) system website: http://antrian.bkpm.go.id/pendaftaran.
- The BKPM’s spokesperson, Tina Talisa, is urging investors to arrive at the BKPM in line with the relevant predetermined queueing schedules. Indeed, data collected by the BKPM during the first four days after the recommencement of services (23 - 26 June 2020) have revealed that the new daily quota of 100 persons has been consistently filled, although some 20% - 30% of scheduled consultations are not ultimately being attended.
