Updated Provisions on Higher Education Introduced

The Minister of Education and Culture (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 7 of 2020 on the Establishment, Modification and Dissolution of State Higher-Education Institutions and the Establishment, Modification and Revocation of Licenses of Private Higher-Education Institutions (“Regulation 7/2020”).

Prior to the issuance of Regulation 7/2020, similar matters were previously addressed under Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 51 of 2018 (“Regulation 51/2018”), which has now been repealed and replaced through the issuance of Regulation 7/2020.[1]
