Circular of the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education No. 3/M/SE/VIII/2019 on the Moratorium on the Opening of Notary Study Programs through the Magister Program

In light of the fact that that the number of magister program graduates engaging in notary study programs currently exceeds the number of available positions for notaries, the Minister of Research, Technology and Higher Education has decided to suspend all processes relating to the opening of notary study programs through the magister program.
The above moratorium exempts the following areas: 1) Frontier, outermost and lesser developed regions (3T) of the country; and 2) Certain regions with special conditions and needs
