Licensing Procedures for Location Permits Slightly Readjusted

In order to clarify the overall framework for the issuance of location permits under the umbrella framework of the Online Single Submission (“OSS”) system, whether this is based on licensing commitments or not, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“Minister”) recently issued Regulation No. 17 of 2019 on Location Permits (“Regulation 17/2019”).[1]

Regulation 17/2019 directly repeals and replaces Regulation of the Minister No. 14 of 2018 on Location Permits (“Previous Regulation”), which was initially integrated into the OSS system.[2]
