KPPIP Confirms Completion of 89 National Strategic Projects during Third Quarter of 2019

The Head of the Implementing Team of the Committee for the Acceleration of Priority Infrastructure Delivery (Komite Percepatan Penyediaan Infrastruktur Prioritas - “KPPIP”), Wahyu Utomo, recently confirmed that a total of 89 National Strategic Projects (“PSN”) will reach completion during the third quarter of 2019.
Said projects include 62 PSN which have been completed by December 2018, 15 PSN which will reach completion during the period January to May 2019 and 12 PSN which are estimated to reach completion between May and October 2019.
The PSN which have been targeted for completion by October 2019 include Sultan Babullah and Kertajati airports, the South Sumatra Light Rail Transit (LRT) system and 100 kilometers of highway from Terbanggi Besar to Pematang Panggang.
Mr. Utomo went on to explain that said PSN will be supported by the construction of six additional highways, as well as Syamsudin Noor airport. (ANT)
