Provisions on Work Plans for IUPHHK-HTI Holders Amended

In a bid to support the government’s overall objective of ensuring better protection and management of peat ecosystems across Indonesia, the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. P.11/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/3/2019 (“Amendment”), which is an amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Forestry No. P.30/MENHUT-II/2014 on Comprehensive and Periodic Forest Inventories and Work Plans for Timber-Forest Product Utilization Businesses in Areas of Industrial Plantation Forest (“Regulation 30/2014”).[1]
