Online Submission of Mandatory Manpower Reports Introduced

Law No. 7 of 1981 on Mandatory Company Manpower Reports requires all companies to submit written mandatory manpower reports (“Report”) which describe the development of various aspects relating to company employment.
The Ministry of Manpower has now introduced the online submission of Reports via: https://wajiblapor.kemnaker.go.id.
The online submission system is ultimately expected to replace the manual submission system at some point in the future, in line with the government’s objective of integrating all public services into a Single Sign-On (SSO) technology which will allow users to access all available resources and services through only one single user account.
