Information Disclosure Sought for Right-to-Use Permits (HGU)

This has, in turn, often led to losses being incurred by the state due to businesses being able to avoid making any contributions to state revenue. It is therefore expected that the Minister will ultimately comply with the binding court decision and will finally disclose the relevant HGU information in the near future.
