Implementing Regulation on Tax Consultant

The Director General of Tax (“Director General”) has issued Regulation No. PER-13/PJ/2015 on Implementing Guidelines for Tax Consultant Provisions (“Regulation”).[1]

Prior to the Regulation, this matter was covered by the following regulations:

1.	Director General Decree No. 167/PJ/2004 of 2004 (“2004 Decree”);
2.	Director General Decree No. KEP – 135/PJ/1998 of 1998 (“1998 Decree“); and
3.	Director General Circular Letter No. SE – 06/PJ. 01/1996 of 1996 (“1996 Circular”).
