Procedures for Excisable Goods

The Director General of Customs and Excise (“Director General”) has issued Regulation No. PER-2/BC/2015 on Procedures for the Storage, Acceptance, Release, and Transportation of Excisable Goods (“Regulation”). The Regulation aims to govern the management of excisable goods from arrival in Indonesia territory until delivery.

Prior to the Regulation, the same matter was regulated under Director General Regulation No. PER-54/BC/2011 (“2011 Regulation”) and its amendment Director General Regulation No. PER-45/BC/2012 (“2012 Amendment”).
