Waiver of Land Registration Fees for the Underprivileged

The Minister of Agricultural Affairs and Spatial Layout/Head of National Land Agency (“Minister”) has issued Decree No. No.261/KEP-7.1/XI/2014 on Certification of Land Rights for Citizens holding a Prosperous Family Card (“Decree”), to ensure that the underprivileged are assisted in registering their land rights.[1]

In general, the Decree sets out procedures on the registration of land rights by the underprivileged, holders of Prosperous Family Card (Kartu Keluarga Sejahtera – “KKS”), covering the following matters:
