Provisions on Selling and Buying Back Government Bonds Reregulated

The Minister of Finance (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 137/PMK.08/2013 on Selling and Buying Back Government Bonds in Foreign Currency in the International Market (“PMK 137/2013”).

PMK 137/2013 primarily merges the provisions on the selling and buy back of Government Bonds (Surat Utang Negara – “SUN”) previously regulated under two separate regulations:

1.	Ministerial Regulation No. 77/PMK.08/2013 on Selling Government Bonds in Foreign Currency in the International Market (“PMK 77/2013”),[1] and
2.	Ministerial Regulation No. 236/PMK.08/2012 on Buying Back Government Bonds in Foreign Currency in the International Market (“PMK 236/2012”) (together referred as “Previous Regulations”).
