Appointment of Independent Auditor to Support Government Green Car Program

The Minister of Industry (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 35/M-IND/PER/7/2013 on the Appointment of an Independent Auditor to Verify Applications for Tax Relief for the Program for the Development of Manufacturing Affordable and Energy Saving Vehicles (“Surveyor Regulation”).

The Surveyor Regulation appoints PT. Surveyor Indonesia (Persero),[1] as the independent surveyor to verify the technical requirements to qualify as a recipient of luxury tax relief as a manufacturer of low-cost green vehicles (“LCGV”).
