Ministry of Forestry has issued Regulation No. P.18/Menhut-II/2013 on Timber Legality Verification Information Via Timber Legality Information Portal System (SILK) and V-Legal Document Issuance (“Regulation”).

The Regulation implements Article 16 of Presidential Regulation No. 10 Year 2008 on Utilization of an Electronic System within the framework of the Indonesian National Single Window[1] by harmonizing regulations on timber product verification that was issued by the Ministry of Forestry and the Ministry of Trade.
