Public Information Services at BPOM

Head of the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency Regulation No. HK.03.1.23.08.11.07456 of 2011 on Public Information Service Procedures Within the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement Article 4 (a) of the Information Commission Regulation No. 1 of 2010 on Standards for Public Information Services. The Regulation consists of six chapters, 18 articles, and one appendix.

Article 3 of the Regulation defines two types of public information at the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM). The two types of information are public information that has to be provided and announced and public information that is excluded from announcement.
