Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Urges CSR Focus on Public Needs Within Frontier, Outermost and Disadvantaged Regions

  • At the government’s recent TOP Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") Awards event, Ego Syahrial, a representative from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, announced that CSR funding should be focused on the needs of the general public, including the expansion of the current electricity grid through the establishment of small-scale power plants that utilize local resources (e.g. solar, hydro and biomass), particularly within frontier, outermost and disadvantaged regions of the country.
