Technical Guidelines Introduced for Complete Systematic Land Registrations for the 2023 - 2025 Period

The Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“Minister”) has issued Technical Guidelines No. 3/JUKNIS-HK.02/III/2023 of 2023 (“Guidelines 3/2023”) for Complete Systematic Land Registrations (Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap – “PTSL”), which came into force on 3 March 2023 and which should now be followed in relation to the activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“Ministry”), Regional Offices of the National Land Agency and Land Offices throughout Indonesia, particularly during the 2023 - 2025 period.[1] As a consequence of the introduction of the new PTSL guidelines, the following previously applicable technical guidelines for PTSL have now been repealed and replaced:[2]
